Beau’s Landing is a nonprofit community space where adults with disabilities will be able to socialize, build friendships, and enjoy meaningful independence — while giving families and caregivers much-needed respite. Located in Hockley, TX we are creating a welcoming, inclusive environment where everyone will be valued for who they are. A new kind of recreation center for individuals with special needs, Beau's Landing @ TWENTY300 will be designed as a safe, social and vibrant place to belong. Stay tuned for additional updates!

Why Beau’s Landing Matters

For many adults with disabilities, opportunities to connect with peers outside of home or structured programs are limited. Too often, evenings and weekends are spent isolated — not by choice, but by a lack of accessible options.

Beau’s Landing is being built to change that.

Here, adults will be able to relax, participate in activities, and feel part of a community that understands them. At the same time, caregivers gain peace of mind knowing their loved ones are safe, supported, and genuinely enjoying themselves.

What We’re Building

We are currently renovating a 30×60 recreation center that will serve as the heart of Beau’s Landing. This space will host social nights, games, and community events designed specifically with accessibility and inclusion in mind.

Our vision also includes a future ADA-accessible gym, giving participants the opportunity to move, play, and grow in ways that support both physical and emotional well-being.

Every detail is being thoughtfully planned so individuals of all abilities can participate with dignity and confidence.

At Beau's Landing, we are dedicated to fostering dignity, joy, and belonging for individuals with special needs. Our mission is to create a safe, vibrant space where individuals can gather, grow, and experience the same social opportunities and fun environments their peers enjoy.

Our family has lived experience raising a child with Down syndrome, and while we understand many of the gaps that exist in social opportunities and respite care, we also know that every individual and every family’s needs are different. That’s why we’re listening first.

Building Beau’s Landing takes a community.

We are currently renovating our 30×60 recreation center, building a new bathroom/kitchen area, and planning a future ADA-accessible gym, designed so everyone can participate with dignity and independence. Our Services

NIGHT OUT FOR ADULT GUESTS

Experience a True Night Out: Relax in a mature, trendy, lounge-like setting featuring music, dancing, art nights and our signature non-alcoholic bar. A place where adults with special needs can hang out like any other adult, while caregivers enjoy a well-earned nap, a date night, or time for errands .

DAY PROGRAMS

Throughout the week, we'll host engaging social and creative programs, along with dedicated quiet days designed for individuals who benefit from a peaceful, low-stress environment. Caregivers can take a much-needed break, knowing their loved ones have a safe and enjoyable space to spend time with peers.

ATHLETICS

Home Court Advantage: We’re building a full-size basketball court where teams with special needs can practice for free, and where individuals can attend inclusive fitness classes.

FUTURE GOALS

The Ultimate Mini-Vacation: Future short-term overnight stays in tiny homes designed for fun, comfort, and independence. A mini-vacation for adults with special needs, a breather for caregivers—because everyone deserves a little escape now and then.
